The Burrell Collection
This famous art museum boasts some of Glasgow’s finest art treasures. Opened in 1983, the museum is housed in a glass building and offers exhibits on ancient civilizations, Oriental art, medieval and post-medieval European art including stained glass and tapestries, period galleries, paintings and drawings and much more.

Museum of Flight

National War Museum of Scotland
The National War Museum of Scotland is near Edinburgh Castle, and is also covered in the admission price of the castle. This museum covers the history of war and the military from the Scottish experience, for the last 400 years. Displays and exhibits include uniforms, orders, decorations and medals, fine and decorative art, documents and photographs, weapons and more.
